Internet Explorer, Netscape and other browsers sometimes experience problems using passwords to gain access to a web site. Here are solutions to the most common problems:

• Are you using the right USERNAME and PASSWORD and correct spelling?
  • 1. Your USERNAME is your email address.
  • 2. The PASSWORD is case-sensitive.
• Clear the disk cache - often this can be done from the OPTIONS menu in your browser
• UNcheck the SAVE PASSWORD box in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
• Exit the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser program completely, restart Internet Explorer and then go directly to the site and try again.
