Carolyn Harper-Leigh, ACS, ALHC joined Insurance Advisors, Inc. January 2010. She has more than 30 years of Insurance experience with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Major Ins. and Risk management from The Ohio State University. Carolyn is a Licensed Ohio Life, Health and Annuity agent.

Before coming to Insurance Advisors, Inc., she worked with Central Ohio’s largest Employee Benefit’s Brokerage as Field agent as a Benefits Enroller and was the Service Manager for Health coverage, including LTC for over six years.

Carolyn’s background includes management of the underwriting Administration Staff during her 16 years with Columbus Life Ins a mid-size Life, Annuity and Health Insurance. She started after college as a Customer Representative and ended as the Manager of the New Business Underwriting clerical staff, when the company relocated to Cincinnati.

She has designations as an Associate of Customer Service in Life Office Management and also has the designation with the Health Insurance Association of America as an Associate of Life and Health Claims. Carolyn also worked 4 years as a Government contract Audit consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Carolyn has 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren. Carolyn works with the Columbus Community Garden Association through her church, she volunteers with her neighborhood PeeWee football league and she loves family gatherings, working in her yard and riding her bike with the grandchildren.
