Earl has thirty years of experience in the fields of insurance and finance. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and Almeda University. He holds the degrees of: Associate of Arts, B.S. in Business Administration and he has his MBA.

Earl has vast and varied experience in the insurance industry. He has been President and Chief Operating Officer for Hoovler Financial and Insurance Services, Vice President for Training and Development with Agents Inservice Management, a District Sales Manager with Mutual of Omaha and an Associate Branch Manager with Metropolitan Life.

Earl has been President of the following organizations:

• The National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors-Ohio (NAIFA-Ohio)
• The Licking-Knox Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors
• The Tri-County Estate Planning Council in Pickerington, Ohio.

Earl currently serves as a Board Member of the Ohio Department of Development’s Insurance Industry Advisory Board. He also served on The Board of the Columbus Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and holds memberships in the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants and the Association of Health Insurance Advisors.

Earl has been quoted and published in such publications as: Life Association News, Advisor Today, Financial Services Journal, Business First Magazine and The Daily Reporter of Columbus.

Earl works with brokers and general agencies in providing marketing support for life insurance, annuities and long term care.
